In Zanzibar you can work on an organic farm and learn everything about the organic cultivation of fruits, spices, mushrooms and rice. This non-paid internship offers you a unique chance to get firsthand experience with Zanzibar's organic farming.

Lutindi Mental Hospital is a private mental health facility in the scenic Usambara Mountains of Tanzania. Most patients are from the big cities and are addicted to alcohol or illegal drugs, or have schizophrenia or psychosis. Much emphasis is placed on occupational therapy in a rural setting that differs as much as possible from the big city.

Are you passionate about animals and interested in environmental protection? They also have street cats and dogs and treat them in their veterinary clinic.
