Our Children Centers are social facilities for disadvantaged children from the poorer residential areas of Cape Town. They provide care for up to 200 children aged 0 - 7 years. You will give the children the attention they need, look after them and help with their care and education.

In the refugee aid project in South Africa, you will be volunteering with a non-profit organization that helps migrants and refugees integrate into South African society. The organization's facility in Cape Town offers English lessons, legal advice, and support for refugees when dealing with authorities. Your help is welcome!

With a job orientation internship in Zanzibar, you can combine several short-term internships of 1 to 2 weeks each in different professional fields. No previous experience or training/studies are required for these internships! Participation is possible from the age of 16.

Staff shortages make school and kindergarten work very difficult for educators in Tanzania. Through your volunteer work in a kindergarten, you can support the local teams. You will help prepare work materials, supervise homework, or simply spend time with the children. In this way, you will help relieve the burden on the local system.

The mostly single women and mothers in our projects come from difficult living conditions characterised by domestic violence and stigmatisation by Tanzanian society due to HIV/AIDS. We support the women with various initiatives so that they can find their way back to an independent and self-reliant life.

Where passion meets goals: Do you have sporting experience as a player or coach, and at least two months to spare? 'Sport for all' is a programme designed to promote handball, volleyball and basketball in the sporting landscape of Tanzania and Zanzibar. Here, children and young people learn sporting and social skills both at school and outside of school.

In Ghana's nurseries, the focus is on teaching basic social skills. Your task as a volunteer is to assist the educators in caring for the children and thus relieve them of some of their workload. In doing so, you will promote the creative and physical development of the little ones and contribute to better conditions.
