The Marine and Coastal Conservation project researches and monitors the large seagrass meadows and sand dune systems that can be found around the beautiful island of Kefalonia in Greece.

Help to care for and rehabilitate over 40 horses. No previous riding experience required. Enjoy riding along the Indian Ocean whilst watching whales and dolphins. Avaibable for solo volunteers aged 17 years+. Ideally located for free time activities and onwards travel in South Africa.

With us, you have the opportunity to support a project for children and young adults with various impairments. Unfortunately, these people still face many challenges in Tanzanian society: stigmatization and prejudices are omnipresent and government support is insufficient. A large number of disabled children and young adults are not adequately cared for. We want to change that!

The Mediterranean coastline is renowned for being one of the most spectacular areas of western Europe, yet this beauty may well be impacted by the single use plastic crisis. The threat is so serious that experts have predicted that there will be more plastic in the sea than marine life by 2050. Volunteers on this project contribute to the international effort to conquer the plastics crisis.

The goal of our field volunteer program is to contribute to sustainable development in the area of the Inner Ionian island archipelago in Greece. For this activity, volunteers monitor the bird diversity and behavior for a variety of coastal ecosystems principally in the island of Kalamos, using direct observations, sound recorders and passive acoustic monitoring devices.

This kindergarten in Cusco, Peru, cares for 15-20 children aged two to five. They all come from different social backgrounds, which promotes inclusive education and creates space for inclusive experiences. Thanks to volunteers like you, the children are exposed to multicultural influences from an early age.

Volunteer with sun bears in Borneo, helping these rescued creatures to live a life as close to the wild as possible. Help with feeding, research, enrichment and education at this inspiring haven for mistreated animals, all whilst living in a little pocket of paradise.

They also have street cats and dogs and treat them in their veterinary clinic.
