This wildlife project in Nepal is dedicated to protecting tigers from extinction. As a volunteer, you will support the team in field research and anti-poaching projects in local villages. The dog and cat sanctuary cares for stray dogs and cats on the island of Phuket in Thailand.You will help the team by walking and socialising rescued dogs which gives vital exercise, fun and freedom. Your support will help prepare the dogs to become ready to be adopted into a new family.

Countless animal species around the world are threatened with extinction and therefore in need of help. In Thailand, too, the number of so-called “empty forests” is steadily increasing. There, animals are either poached or their habitats are destroyed. With your support, many endangered animals can be helped locally.

In Sri Lanka, numerous dogs live on the streets. In the dog project, these street dogs are cared for, groomed, neutered, vaccinated and, if possible, placed in a new home. You will support the team in particular with the care and feeding off the dogs and you will help the often shy animals to get used to humans, e.g. by playing with them.

Volunteer in an Elephant Sanctuary where elephants, who had to work in the entertainment industry, have the chance to recover. Additionally you help educating their trainers to prevent them from going back into this entertainment industry. A well needed and valuable work you can do over there!
