Horse keeping in Andalusia is often brutal and outdated, and unfortunately, some animals are kept in appalling conditions. As you can see, your help is urgently needed to protect the horses and force a major change in the mindset of their owners. It's time to break with old traditions!

Help rescued baboons in a leading rehabilitation centre. Be a vital part of the rehabilitation process by feeding and caring for young primates and creating enrichments for those in larger areas who are one step away from rehabilitation.

Countless animal species around the world are threatened with extinction and therefore in need of help. In Thailand, too, the number of so-called “empty forests” is steadily increasing. There, animals are either poached or their habitats are destroyed. With your support, many endangered animals can be helped locally.

The goal of our field volunteer program is to contribute to sustainable development in the area of the Inner Ionian island archipelago in Greece. For this activity, volunteers monitor the bird diversity and behavior for a variety of coastal ecosystems principally in the island of Kalamos, using direct observations, sound recorders and passive acoustic monitoring devices.

In this animal welfare project, employees and volunteers look after street dogs. The welfare of the dogs is the top priority. The dogs are taken in, neutered and, if possible, given a new home. Sick or injured dogs are nursed back to health. As a volunteer, you support the care of the dogs and do everything you can to ensure that they are well.

Join a wildlife rescue team and care for the animals in the sanctuary. Provide food and enrichment for a variety of animals including monkeys, sloths and anteaters that have been injured, orphaned or mistreated. Observe, monitor and collect data on animals which are being rehabilitated for release. Explore the beautiful rainforest surroundings and coastal National Park in your free time.
