Join an active conservation research centre to support their work in researching and conserving amazing local wildlife, including endangered sea turtles. During turtle season you will help monitor and protect nesting sea turtles and release hatchlings into the Pacific Ocean. Throughout the year there are several active scientific research projects to immerse yourself in Costa Rica’s wildlife.

In this project, you will care for homeless dogs, train them and help them find a new home. You don't need any special skills, just your commitment. You will be there for them, take care of them and walk them. The goal is to find a loving home for the dogs.

Tu habiteras dans un camp confortable avec d’autres volontaires dans la forêt tropicale de Jozani. In this animal welfare project, employees and volunteers look after street dogs. The welfare of the dogs is the top priority. The dogs are taken in, neutered and, if possible, given a new home. Sick or injured dogs are nursed back to health. As a volunteer, you support the care of the dogs and do everything you can to ensure that they are well.
