Go into local schools with a group of volunteers to help children develop their knowledge, sporting abilities, motivation and enjoyment. Sports include football, tennis, swimming, rugby, cricket, netball and basketball.

Walmer Township is the home to 70.000 people dealing with poverty, child neglect, alcohol abuse and a high unemployment rate as some of the many difficult challenges you will be facing here, but at the same moment you will experience it is not all sad. The community is very welcoming and loves having volunteers showing an interest in their way of life.

Assist trained adults to motivate and uplift primary school learners with the necessary skills and capabilities that will enable them to become stronger individuals. You will have the opportunity to engage learners in both educational and recreational activities to keep them safe and reduce the risk of being a victim to violence on the streets.
