Medical internship activities in Argentina

Your internship will take place at hospitals and health centers. Days are full of things to do:

shadowing and observing doctors and nurses,
attending workshops,
promoting public health through prevention and awareness campaigns, and through practical basic healthcare outreach to poorer communities

Don’t hesitate to ask questions and take notes. There’s so much to learn, and our medical colleagues are keen to share their knowledge.

Our medical placements are available in many different departments.

As a rule, your coordinator assigns you to a different department each week, so that you can directly experience some of them, depending on the length of your stay. It’s a great opportunity to figure out which field of medicine interests you the most. (However, if you already have a preference in one specific department, just let us know).

You can join our medical volunteer and internship placements in Argentina if:

Hébergement & repas :

You will stay with a host family in Córdoba. They will welcome you into their home and will be happy to share their customs and learn about your culture. The cost of the program includes three meals a day.
