NGO Management & Administration in the Caribbean

Your Placement:
The project gives you insights into all areas such as the leadership and management of a non-governmental organization. It is especially interesting for you if you plan to start your own organization one day or want to gain practical experience in the daily operations of an NGO.

To ensure smooth operations, the organization relies on the support and work of volunteers. A key part of the responsibilities includes direct work with the foundation’s beneficiaries. That’s why you’ll also take part in organization-wide events and activities with the beneficiaries.

Your Tasks:
As a volunteer, you’ll observe and support the coordinators and assist with community-based projects. You’ll also help with administrative tasks and the organization of community initiatives. You’ll contribute to coordinating other volunteers and interns in their respective projects and help them integrate into the community.

Pure Caribbean feeling: dream beaches, turquoise blue sea, colourful music and relaxed vibes. You can go snorkelling, whale watching, horse riding to El Limón waterfall or take a trip to the national park.
