Online interns with a passion for journalism and the media have the opportunity to work with a variety of internship companies in Tanzania, such as an international TV production company, English language newspapers like "The Citizen" and "The Guardian", youth magazines, press clubs (journalists associations) or other relevant media players in Tanzania.
Remote Newspaper Internship:
During your remote newspaper internship, you will be given topic suggestions for which you can research content and create texts in English, including image research. You will also write texts in English from agency reports. In addition, you should also be able to identify topics yourself and write articles yourself, which may then be published.
Internships in of layout are also possible.
Remote TV Media Production Internship:
The studio produces a weekly talk show, documentaries, television advertising, corporate and educational videos, and multi-platform media campaigns.
An internship in this company is possible in the field of journalism for students and specialists from the field of journalism, but also political science, sociology, African studies etc., whose task is to research content and create scripts in English.
Based on your experience, we will match you with a suitable internship position.
For this online internship you won't have to travel to Tanzania yourself. The communication with your internship supervisor will take place via video conferencing, email and instant messaging services.
You can work comfortably from home and your internship supervisor will give you technically relevant tasks and discuss them with you so that you have the greatest possible learning effect.
You can decide for yourself how many hours per week you want to dedicate for the remote internship (6-40 hours per week are possible). This includes the time you work on tasks that your internship supervisor gives you and the time you communicate online (usually 2-3 times a week for 1-2 hours) with your supervisor. Any duration from 2 weeks to 6 months is possible.

Nous avons nos propres équipes et divers programmes de volontariat, de stages, de vacances-travail et de langues en Tanzanie, à Zanzibar, en Afrique du Sud, au Maroc, en Israël/Palestine, en Irlande, en Allemagne, au Nicaragua, en Bolivie, en Inde, au Japon et en Corée du Sud.
Nous gérons nos propres camps de protection de l'environnement à plusieurs endroits, où nous menons des activités de protection de l'environnement et d'immersion culturelle sous la direction d'experts.
Pour chaque participant à nos programmes mondiaux, nous plantons 10 arbres indigènes sur le Kilimandjaro pour compenser les émissions de CO2 des vols. Nous gérons également des forêts de bambous à Zanzibar et au Kilimandjaro. Le bambou est un matériau polyvalent à croissance rapide qui n'est pas seulement un excellent puits de carbone, mais peut également remplacer le plastique et le bois dur dans de nombreuses applications.
