Description du projet et du rôle des volontaires

Week 1:

Begin your journey in Cusco, the historic capital of the Inca Empire and Peru's cultural epicenter. Immerse yourself in Spanish lessons, stay with hospitable local families, and uncover the city's rich heritage. A guided tour of the Sacred Valley alongside your fellow travelers will assist in adjusting to the altitude and embracing the laid-back South American lifestyle.

Follow the ancient paths of Inca roadbuilders on the remote Salkantay route, traversing icy mountain passes and mystical cloud forests to reach the remnants of this ancient civilization. This off-the-beaten-path journey offers a unique perspective on the Lost City of the Inca.

Week 3:

Continue your journey by flying to Lima before heading to Punta Negra, a charming coastal town just south of the city. Enjoy leisurely days on the beach, catch waves with a surf lesson in the Pacific, and explore the Inca ruins of Pachacamac. Fly north to Quito, Ecuador, for a breathtaking 3-day trek along the Quilotoa Loop, showcasing the diverse landscapes and indigenous culture of the Andes, culminating at the stunning Quilotoa Crater Lake.

Week 4:

Experience adrenaline-fueled activities in Baños, Ecuador's adventure tourism hub nestled in the lush Amazonian province of Amazonas. From white-water rafting to canopy tours and hot springs, Baños offers thrilling adventures amidst scenic mountain vistas. Rejuvenate at the Animal Rescue Sanctuary in Puyo, where you'll interact with and learn about the region's diverse wildlife.

Weeks 5 & 6:

Devote Weeks 5 and 6 to volunteering at the sanctuary and immersing yourself in indigenous culture in Tamandua. Assist in rehabilitating rescued animals such as macaws, monkeys, and ocelots, while delving into traditional practices with an indigenous community. Engage in activities like waterfall hikes, bracelet crafting, and nocturnal jungle walks, deepening your connection to the rainforest.

Week 7:

Conclude your Ecuadorian adventure with exhilarating activities in the Mindo cloud forest, including ziplining and river tubing.
